THREE-YEAR TRAINING COURSE IN MUSIC-THERAPY
The three-year Music-therapy Course was born from Mariapia Culicchia’s idea, music-therapist and director of the ’Officine Thelo’ Association. The School project aims to form qualified professionals in psychological, medical subjects and the high performing use of the music language. European and International methodologies will be introduced in order to develop and improve the music-therapist work all over the world.

The training course intends to take all hours requested from the Standard UNI compliance under the law 4/2013 involving Professional of the Music-Therapist.

MEDICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL AREA
Theory and foundational elements of developmental psychology and observational method. Introduction to the emotional-affective development, cognitive development, communicative development. Psychology of disabilities, elements of disability and handicap, guidance and international documents, types of inclusion in school setting, reference diagnostic classification, neuro-developmental disorders: Psychology of music; General psychology; Psicologia dinamica; Elements of Neurology; Elements of Psycho-acoustic and Phoniatrics;

Hours: 1200, of which:
– 900 hours of lessons, workshops and seminars;
– 300 hours of observing, practical and clinical apprenticeship
